Terms & Conditions
We offer a 30 day no quibble refunds policy, allowing you to return or exchange an item upto 30 days after receiving it for a full refund (excluding the original postage charge). The items must be returned in their original packaging in an unused condition and at your cost.
If you have received faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods we will offer an exchange of the goods or a full refund including postage charges. We will also pay for the postage costs incurred in returning the goods. We will provide details of the postage method to be used for the return on receipt of your request to return an item.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way or wish to return or exchange a product email us at sales@alpinesafety.co.uk with full details of the situation so we can try and resolve the problem to your satisfaction and provide details on how to proceed.
