Shipping And Handling
Carriage is free (UK Mainland only) for orders over £150 net + VAT. For orders below this value there will be a charge of £6.95 + Vat (UK Mainland only).
Delivery Schedule
We despatch all orders using an overnight carriers or Royal Mail where applicable, however this is subject to stock availability. If you require an item for a certain day or next day please specifi this in the extra comments box at order stage.
Back Orders
Our policy it to keep large stocks, however should we not have an item, we will e-mail you to keep you informed or give you the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Guarantee
We will credit 100% of the invoice value subject to the goods being returned in a re-saleable condition, goods not having been specially ordered or manufactured. Where goods have been put on special transport at the customer's request, the carriage will not be refunded. Where items have been returned without error or fault the initial transport will not be refunded. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
